You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use pk60. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. pk60 enforces age verification and may request documentary proof at any time.
Each individual may hold only one active pk60 account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses are a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
All pk60 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements stated in each promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable rollover is completed. Game contribution rates vary — live casino typically contributes less than slots.
pk60 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pk60 may request identity verification before processing withdrawal requests.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk60 login credentials. pk60 will never request your password by email, SMS, or chat. Any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials is your sole responsibility.
pk60 provides deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools. Self-exclusion is binding for the chosen duration. Players who self-exclude must not attempt to circumvent the restriction by registering duplicate accounts.
In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By registering an Account or using the pk60 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any other policies referenced herein, including the pk60 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pk60 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, discussions, undertakings, or other communications.
2.3 pk60 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the pk60 Platform. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. pk60 strictly prohibits access by minors. If pk60 discovers or reasonably suspects that a User is under 18, the Account will be immediately suspended pending investigation and, if confirmed, permanently closed with all funds forfeited or returned as determined by applicable law.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with or using pk60. pk60 makes no representation that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own risk and in contravention of these Terms.
3.3 Excluded Persons. You represent that you are not: (a) a current or former employee or contractor of pk60 or its affiliated operators; (b) a person who has been self-excluded from pk60; or (c) a person whose Account has been previously terminated for breach of these Terms.
3.4 Capacity. You represent that you are acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee, agent, or in any other representative capacity for a third party.
4.1 Single Account. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on pk60. Creation of multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pk60 may immediately close all associated Accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must notify pk60 promptly of any changes.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your Account. You must not share your password with any third party. You agree to notify pk60 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. pk60 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
4.4 Pakistani Users. Users registering with Pakistani mobile numbers on networks including Jazz, Zong, Ufone, and Telenor may be required to verify their mobile number via OTP as part of the registration process.
5.1 pk60 is required to verify the identity of its users as part of its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations. pk60 may request KYC documentation from any User at any time, including at registration or before processing a withdrawal request.
5.2 Acceptable KYC documents include: a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence for identity verification; and a recent bank statement, utility bill, or mobile wallet statement for address and payment verification.
5.3 pk60 may suspend or restrict an Account pending completion of satisfactory KYC. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is verified to pk60's satisfaction.
5.4 Providing false, altered, or fraudulent documentation during KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk60 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Accepted payment methods may change at pk60's discretion.
6.2 Currency. All transactions on pk60 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.
6.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time subject to the processing times of the payment method used. pk60 is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or mobile wallet provider.
6.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. pk60 reserves the right to verify payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method and are stated in the pk60 cashier.
6.5 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the pk60 cashier. These amounts may be amended by pk60 at any time.
6.6 Funds Origin. You confirm that all funds deposited to pk60 are lawfully obtained and that you are the legitimate owner of the payment method used. pk60 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to freeze or return funds where money laundering or fraud is suspected.
6.7 Bonus Restrictions on Withdrawals. Bonus balances are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw an active bonus balance before satisfying the wagering requirement may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
7.1 All bonuses and promotions offered by pk60 are subject to specific terms set out in the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail.
7.2 pk60 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use by a User.
7.3 Bonuses are available to eligible Users only. pk60 may impose restrictions on bonus eligibility based on account standing, previous bonus history, payment method used, or geographic location.
7.4 Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts, using bonus funds in a manner designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk to the User, or engaging in matched or arbitrage betting using bonus balances — will be deemed a breach of these Terms.
7.5 Wagering Contributions. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute 10%. Certain excluded games contribute 0%. Full contribution tables are available on the relevant promotion page.
8.1 All bets placed on pk60 are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. pk60's betting rules are available in the relevant sections of the Platform.
8.2 pk60 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed under circumstances of technical error, manifest pricing error, or clear evidence of match-fixing, fraud, or collusion.
8.3 In-play cricket betting markets close at set intervals and when specific match events occur (such as ball-by-ball close). Bets placed after market closure will not be accepted.
8.4 pk60 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical failures, system outages, or internet connectivity issues that prevent a bet from being placed or accepted.
9.1 The following conduct is expressly prohibited on pk60 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
10.1 pk60 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the potential harm associated with gambling activity. pk60 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders:
10.2 Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the exclusion period. Users who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by registering a new Account. pk60 will close any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion.
10.3 18+ Restriction. pk60 enforces a strict minimum age of 18. pk60 uses age verification technology and reserves the right to request proof of age from any User. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be facilitated by pk60 under any circumstances.

11.1 Closure by User. You may close your pk60 Account at any time by contacting pk60 support. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of any required KYC procedures.
11.2 Suspension or Closure by pk60. pk60 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect and without prior notice if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) pk60 suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; (c) you have provided false information; (d) continued access to your Account is required to be suspended under applicable law or regulation; or (e) pk60 discontinues the Platform in your jurisdiction.
11.3 Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, pk60 may void any bonus balances and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.
12.1 All content on the pk60 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data — is the exclusive property of pk60 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without pk60's prior written consent.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk60 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
13.2 pk60's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time of the relevant event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 pk60 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to the Platform.
14.1 pk60 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at pk60.vip/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.
14.2 pk60 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate the Platform.
15.1 pk60 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pk60 will endeavour to notify registered Users by email or Platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.2 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at pk60.vip/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk60 is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
16.2 Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under any mandatory applicable laws of your country of residence.
